Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
On arrival at Srinagar airport, transfer to your houseboat. In the evening, enjoy a shikara ride on Dal Lake past floating gardens and markets. Overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar sightseeing
Visit the Mughal gardens of Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, along with Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Gulmarg excursion
Day trip to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers. Ride the gondola (optional) for views of the Himalayas, and enjoy snow or green meadows depending on the season. Return to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam, passing saffron fields and apple orchards. Visit Betaab Valley and Aru Valley, and stroll along the Lidder river. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 5: Sonamarg excursion
Drive to Sonamarg, the meadow of gold, and take an optional pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Continue to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar airport for your onward journey.
